Casey Grimes is the owner and operator of CBI+Team Practice Sales headquartered in the Richmond, Virginia area. He serves Virginia, Delaware, North Carolina and the Washington D.C. area helping dentists and orthodontists sell their practices. Casey has many years of experience in business/practice sales and has personally sold well over a dozen practices in the past few years alone. He also managed and was chief operating officer for two years of the CBI+Team in Northwest Arkansas as well as the locations in Springfield and Joplin, Missouri. Coordinating training, meetings and recruiting for intermediaries during this time gave Casey a lot of experience in business brokerage. After learning the inner workings of business sales and selling many different kinds of businesses, Casey soon developed a niche in helping dentists and orthodontists sell and buy practices and has concentrated only on them for the past few years.
Having sold many practices, consulted with many dentists and studying his competition, Casey has developed a new, modern and proven system that works better than anything else on the market for helping people sell their dental and orthodontic practices. Each time he works with a client he creates a personal and extensive marketing plan that confidentially markets the practice in multiple arenas and covers as many bases as possible to find real and qualified buyers. The CBI+Team also has a very successful loan program to help potential buyers get funded for the purchase of a dental or orthodontic practice. Casey has funded many dental practice purchases this way.
Casey has owned different small businesses and has worked extensively in business management, sales and marketing in America and in Australia and Indonesia. This vast experience brings to the table a healthy understanding of how businesses work as well as a great ability to comfortably deal with and understand people in a business setting. He is dedicated and extremely aggressive in helping people sell their practices in the quickest amount of time and connecting practice sellers with the right buyers.
Casey attended the University of Arkansas and has worked in business and practice sales for almost a decade. He lives with his wife, son and dog in the Short Pump, Virginia. He is an avid reader, foodie, musician and has traveled the world. He is also an active member of his church, helps build schools in Indonesia and does volunteer work.
